These four colours are derived from a story within the rig veda within which the god Brahma, who has the facility to form, produce the primary man, Perusha. Finally perusha sacrificed and that they took four colours of the body:
- the best color (white) are Brahmins
Comes from the mouth perusha. which incorporates Brahmins were the clergymen who led the service and non secular ceremonies and singing scripture verses.
- The second color (red) Warrior caste
Derived from Perusha arm. These castes have shaped the troopers and rulers of India.
- The third color (yellow) Vaishya caste
Derived from the thigh Perusha and type centers of the country's economic and social life, like farmers and businessmen.
- The fourth color (black) sudra kastra
Derived from perusha feet, that serve different components of the body. These type a caste of staff, who give the foremost basic level of service to others.
